getmail.ai is our free consumer email network — anyone can claim an address. geniuseye.ai is the premium network for professionals and businesses, included with Pro and above.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — the Business plan supports custom domain email for your whole team.
Can I import my old email?
Yes. Every account includes one-click import from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, or any IMAP provider. Nothing is deleted from the source.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can change plans at any time from the Business Console. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
